Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the specified booking amount.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be made by the specified due date before departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking, with applicable charges.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, government taxes, or supplier changes.
Passport and Visa: Customers are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum 6 months from the date of travel) and obtaining necessary visas.
KBGTRIPS Assistance: We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval. Travel Insurance: KBGTRIPS strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
KBGTRIPS Role: We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation, etc.) and are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused due to their actions.
Itinerary Changes: Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, political situations, or other force majeure events.
Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local laws, customs regulations, and health advisories at their destination.
Dietary Restrictions and Accessibility: Special requests must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will endeavor to accommodate them, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
Flights and Cruises: These are governed by the respective provider's terms and conditions. Changes, delays, or cancellations are subject to their policies.
Hotels and Tours: Hotel check-in/check-out times and other services are as per the individual hotel’s policy. Any special arrangements are at their discretion.
Fitness to Travel: Customers must ensure they are physically fit for the trip and disclose any medical conditions.
Vaccination and Health Requirements: Customers are responsible for adhering to health protocols, vaccinations, and COVID-related guidelines for their destination.
KBGTRIPS is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or additional expenses incurred due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.
KBGTRIPS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Customers must ensure their belongings are secured at all times.
KBGTRIPS may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before the trip.
Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of India.
JurisdictionAny disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
