Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to the departure date as follows:
1. 61 to 90 days prior to departure:

Your information is used for the following purposes:
1.Notification of Cancellation:
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to support@kbgtrips.com or by contacting our customer support team at +91 9629911889.
2.Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed by KBGTRIPS. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
3.Non-Refundable Components:
Visa fees, government taxes, and any additional charges incurred on behalf of the customer are strictly non-refundable.
4.Force Majeure:
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events, KBGTRIPS will apply the cancellation charges as per the actual losses incurred and try to refund the balance, if any.
5.Optional Add-ons and Peak Season Surcharges:
Optional activities, peak-season surcharges, and add-ons like room upgrades are non-refundable and will be deducted separately in addition to the applicable cancellation charges.
6.Partial Cancellation for Group Bookings:
For group bookings, cancellation of individual members will be treated as same cancellations and if any seats Blocking 100% non refundable in Terms.
KBGTRIPS strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel disruptions. Travel insurance provides financial protection and peace of mind for customers during unexpected situations.
