We work extremely hard to ensure that all tours run on time and with a 99% success rate. When a tour is canceled due to the fault of the guides with whom we work, we will refund your pre-purchased ticket and offer up to 100% of the original ticket price as credit toward the purchase of another tour as compensation. This credit cannot be used in any other way and is not redeemable for cash.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your tour and notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will cancel your ticket and credit you 50% of the purchase price toward the purchase of another tour in the future. Unless we are at fault for the tour's cancellation, we do not offer refunds.
If a tour cannot be provided because of Acts of God, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic dust clouds, severe weather, etc., we might not be held accountable.
